The best voice models, now across all channels
Most CX platforms do not own the voice. They orchestrate a workflow, then call a third party for speech and transcription. Every hop adds latency, cost, and another vendor to manage.
ElevenAgents is the opposite. They make the voice models the market builds on, and ElevenAgents puts full orchestration on top. Voice, transcription, text-based chat, and reasoning run in one vertically integrated pipeline, so responses come back in <400 milliseconds and sound human, not synthetic.
Plus, you keep full control. Plug in any LLM, integrate tools, webhooks, and MCP servers, and ground responses in your knowledge base. Get an agent live in minutes, then A/B test with Experiments, enforce Guardrails, and version every change.
The payoff: more human conversations, lower latency, and far less time stitching infrastructure together. You build on the models you already trust. Pricing is transparent and flat at $0.08 per minute.
Three of your biggest channels quietly rewired themselves this week. OpenAI took its ad pilot international, Google keeps stuffing more Gemini into Search, and LinkedIn finally told you how many strangers are actually seeing your posts. Here's what's worth your attention today.
OpenAI takes ChatGPT ads global
OpenAI has expanded its ChatGPT advertising pilot beyond the U.S. to the UK, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and South Korea, with the UK now live as the first European market. Ads show as labeled sponsored links under AI answers to free/Go-tier users, and OpenAI says the earlier U.S. pilot hit $100M in annualized revenue with 600+ advertisers in under two months.
Why it matters: if you're not already testing this channel, the window to learn it before it's crowded is closing fast.
Google is folding Gemini directly into ad formats
Off the back of Google Marketing Live, Google is testing "Conversational Discovery" ads and "Highlighted Answers" inside AI Mode, plus a "Business Agent for Leads" that lets a Gemini-powered chatbot answer questions inside your ad instead of showing a static form. Currently U.S.-only, on mobile and desktop.
Why it matters: paid search is becoming a conversation, not a click — your ad copy and lead forms will need a rethink.
GA4 now separates AI-assistant traffic from organic search
Google Analytics 4 quietly added an "AI Assistant" default channel that catches sessions from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude citations — but Google's own AI Overviews and AI Mode still count as Organic Search, not AI Assistant. Analysts note 60-70% of real AI-referred sessions still land in Direct due to missing referrer data.
Why it matters: your attribution is still undercounting AI influence — don't over-trust this new channel as the full picture.
LinkedIn shows you in-network vs. out-of-network reach
LinkedIn rolled out a reach breakdown showing what percentage of a post's impressions came from your existing followers versus people discovering it through the algorithm, reshares, or search. LinkedIn's product team says topical, substantive posts travel further out-of-network, while personal updates land best with your existing audience.
Why it matters: it's now measurable whether your content strategy is actually building new reach or just serving the people who already know you.
6sense opens its GTM intelligence to AI agents
6sense launched an MCP Server in open beta, making its account insights, predictive buying-stage data, 6QA scoring, and intent signals directly callable by any MCP-compatible AI agent.
Why it matters: this is the clearest sign yet that intent/ABM platforms are racing to become infrastructure for agentic sales and marketing workflows, not just dashboards.
New data: ABM is dramatically outperforming broad demand gen
Per Demand Gen Report's 2026 ABM Benchmark data, ABM-led programs are generating 2.6x more pipeline per marketing dollar than broad-reach demand gen, with 41% higher win rates and 33% larger average deal sizes — even as overall B2B budgets stay flat.
Why it matters: if your budget is flat this year, this is the data to point to when arguing for reallocating spend toward account-based plays.
That's the pulse for today — more channels talking back, more data on what's actually working. See you tomorrow.
